Expenses

Find out about claiming expenses

If and how you can claim expenses depends on how you are engaged by the 大象传媒:

Staff and OAT contributors

If you are engaged as staff or on an OAT (On Air Talent) contract, you should continue to submit your expenses via Concur - the 大象传媒鈥檚 online system on Gateway.

Self-employed contributors

The 大象传媒 does not pay expenses to self-employed contributors. The fee paid covers all expenses incurred.

Equity contributors

Expenses are covered by the Equity Agreements.

If you are engaged on an Equity Agreement, speak to your Production contact before claiming any expenses.

The 大象传媒 decides whether an allowance is paid or whether travel, accommodation and meals will be provided.

Contributors on worker contracts

If you are engaged by the 大象传媒 on a worker contract, then you can claim reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in performance of your 大象传媒 duties, such as:
