There was plenty of partying on Saturday 24 November as a team from 大象传媒 Radio Cornwall attended 大象传媒 Local Radio's very own Oscar ceremony. 大象传媒 Radio Cornwall presenter Laurence Reed was awarded a bronze in the Frank GIllard Local Radio Awards for his documentary about the killing of Delabole pensioner Joan Rodham. Frank Gillard 大象传媒 Radio Leicester began broadcasting in November 1967, followed by Sheffield, Merseyside, Stoke, Nottingham, Brighton, Durham and Leeds. 大象传媒 Radio Cornwall is gearing up to celebrate its 25th birthday in January 2008. The 大象传媒's director general, Mark Thompson hosted the awards on 24 November.
