 |  | The Royal Show is on July 1-4 2002 at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, with a great mixture of indoor and outdoor features and attractions.

The show presents countryside activities and outdoor life, from tourism and outdoor sports to conservation and wildlife issues.
In the Queen's Company
Visitors will be in good company as her Majesty the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will be visiting the showground on Wednesday 3 July, as part of the Golden Jubilee Tour.
Country Food
The British Food Pavilion at the show is the ultimate showcase for the best British food and drink on offer and is packed with celebrity chefs and demonstrations.
As well as sampling and buying delicacies visitors can explore the food production chain, from food growing, harvesting and transport, to processing and marketing.

Thousands of Animals
Children of any age can learn about English nature at the show. There are literally thousands of different animals to see, from the finest breeds of livestock to unusual or endangered species like alpacas, hawks and extraordinary fancy fowl, not to mention the equine area, where you can see top class show jumping, heavy horses and rare breeds.
Rural Pursuits
For country sport enthusiasts there is non-stop action with free tuition in archery, clay pigeon shooting and fly-casting. The adventurous can even have a ride on the off - road driving track. You can find out more about hawks, ferrets and gun-dogs in a programme of demonstrations.
The Grand Ring
The Grand Ring will be packed with impressive spectacles, from breathtaking Army displays to top-class world equine classes.
This year you can also see ancient Anglo-Saxon wood-splitting techniques, cleaving, axe racing, pole climbing and machine demonstrations.
Conservation
Find advice and information on environmental issues, land management, how to encourage wildlife back into areas and much more. Societies exhibiting include the Countryside Alliance, Game Conservancy Trust and the British Association for Shooting & Conservation.
Country Lifestyles
Country lifestyle will be on display, with features and demonstrations on the home, garden, cookery and the country kitchen, demonstrating everything you need to know on seasonal produce, herbs, jam-making, table decoration and floral arrangements.
Rural Crafts
One of the best shopping events in the country, the Royal Show offers the widest range of shopping opportunities at any outdoor event in Europe, with over 300 rural craft stands selling unique handcrafted goods.
Jewellery, clothing, paintings, antiques and home and garden furniture will be available.

Flower Focus
The show is home to one of Europe's premier flower shows, with displays from over 50 of the country's leading nurseries, over 150 floral arrangements, feature gardens and invaluable advice from the experts.
