The shock of such an atrocity had turned his mind into a frenzied turmoil and as a result he had to be admitted to the same hospital he was practising in.
Many years then pass and medical tests finally reveal that he is cured. It's now time to go home...
Upon his release, Singhania once again returns to his family home. All seems well so he decides to renovate his place into a nursing home which he names Sandhya.
But his life's normality does not last for long as memories of his tragic loss come flooding back to Singhania. This mentally disturbs him and leads him into a state of depression.
As the D-day of his family's massacre approaches, Singhania's mental illness becomes worse. In order to relieve himself of this suffering, he decides to join his deceased family.
He does this by hiring a killer who will in turn murder him. Jaggu (Jackie Schroff) is chosen for this job who agrees with great reluctance.
Soon the faithful day approaches and everything is into place for the murder. But just at this point something goes terribly wrong.
Jaggu the killer, now finds that he is in a twilight zone where he is the victim in this bizarre scenario. He must now fight for his own survival in order to wake up from his worse nightmare.
This psychological-horror thriller is the production of actor Jackie Schroff's wife, Ayesha Schroff. Initially they started off with a comedy, 'Jis Desh Maine Ganga Rehta Hai' (The Country Where Ganga Lives') which did fairly well all round considering it was their first venture.
But in total contrast the audience will be seeing their first horror flick along the lines of the Hannibal Lector series in this much anticipated Sandhya.
The highlight of this film will be its musical score that has been composed by Anand Raj Anand. Veering towards the 'rock' style, it will definitely entice the audience with fear as Sandhya reveals its horrendous secrets on screen.
This flick is definitely not for the faint hearted. 'What if the hunter becomes the hunted'?
So reserve this one for Halloween night if you dare!
