The second of the Blackadder series found our hero living in Elizabethen times. His fellow Lords and Ladies were Lord Percy (Tim McInnerny), Queenie (Miranda Richardson), Lord Melchett (Stephen Fry), Nursie (Patsy Byrne) and of course Baldrick (Tony Robinson). Rick Mayall also turns up to play Lord Flasheart and Tom Baker appears as Captain Redbeard Rum.
The series features turnips, people being beheaded, Sir Walter 'Wimp' Raleigh, Religious Genocide and a baby-eating Bishop. Lovely.
