Jac Scott is working on her latest piece, it's one of three called Feed Me 3 which looks at food consumption in the western world and developing countries. Eating and the environment are the most prevalent issues Jac chooses to work with, but this particular project has been a long journey, not only to formulate her final idea but also to tackle working with new material.

The life-size pig is made from carbon fibre and modelled on those bred at a nearby farm. Photographs and sketchings of snouts and tails are pinned around the studio but despite working ina studio outside her home, Jac says she finds it extremely difficult to split her art work from her home life. In fact, it's a running joke in Scott's family that art is her life blood, what she needs to 'stand up straight'.
