Will has enjoyed reading the many letters that his grandmother received from his father during the war.

He's particularly intrigued by his father's tales of meeting a new girlfriend. It was a chance meeting which ended in a proposal much sooner than anyone expected.

Luckily for Will it must have been true love as the 'new girlfriend' was his mother and the couple remained together until she passed away many, many, years later.
