He has appeared on television and radio, as well as been featured on CDs.

As a composer, Ben is inspired by landscape and the environment and his composition Svalbard reached No 3 in the charts last December.

Ben loves walking his two labradors and mountain-biking in the Cumbrian fells - but has given up trying to do them at the same time!
