He was only five years old, but he remembers some horrific times. Brijinder Singh Bahatia, my father, recalls the terrifying time that forced our family's move from the northern part of India, now part of Pakistan, to Delhi when the country was being divided in 1947. He describes some graphic violence, so beware!
