Now we're down to the final 12 you get to help choose who gets the great honour and fantastic opportunity of launching the main stage.

Terms and conditions

1. Voting is via the website www.bbc.co.uk/beat听听
2. The vote will be open from Saturday 1 August 2009 at 18:00 and close on Wednesday 5 August 2009 at 23:55. Votes received outside the specified times will not be counted. Voting times may change.
3. The 大象传媒 reserves the right to cancel or suspend voting at any time.
4. Only one vote is permitted per person.
5. The 大象传媒 reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting.
6. If the vote has to be cancelled or terminated for any reason the 大象传媒 reserves the right to substitute a panel of judges to choose the band to play at the festival.

The award-winning Summer Sundae Weekender is now a firmly established and much-loved part of the East Midlands music calendar. Every August it brings some of the finest musicians from around the world and across the country to the stately grounds of De Montfort Hall in Leicester. The Beat (which you can hear on 大象传媒 Radio Derby station from 6 till 10 every Saturday night) has a long and beautiful relationship with the Summer Sundae.
