This guy, or someone using that name, fetched up on my twitter followers earlier today. I had to wrack my brain to remember where i'd heard of him and why i'd googled him.
Stuart played a song from an album of his a few months ago.
I've asked him if he knew he'd been on the zone. No reply yet though.
Watch this space!
He's replied. btw. I'm not too snazzy on using twitter so i don't know how to post a link to those tweets. You'll have to go on to the below link and go down the pages for his response. If it is him!
I thought Peter Wyngarde was the actor who played Jason King back in the late 60s early 70s.
Apparently he used to be known as Petunia Winegum in acting circles...
I've just checked Wikipedia and you're right about the album though, I didn't know that at all! Apparently on 13 February 2009 on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, singer Morrissey presented Ross with a signed copy of the album. Okay!
spooky(ish) coincidence. I just thought i'd check on this page and as it was loading slowly i went back to twitter and found this...

One hopes all is having a wonderful evening. If it is in fact evening wherever you happen to be right now.
Marc Riley played a track from the album a few weeks ago. It inspired to seek it out and write a blog post about it. It's truly bizzare:
