    Great to hear the full Magma album on Sunday - reminds me of seeing them perform this at the Round House in mid 1975 (I think) - a terrifying performance.

    Seemed to be as many performing on stage as there were in the audience and everything was blacked out so you couldnt see anything other than their silhouettes. Jannick Top was writhing around his bass - one of the great under rated players.

    I'm sure Keith Tippet played support - whoever it was the DJ said at the end of the performance "no one plays quite like that" which was true as Keith was playing from inside the piano at this point - happy days !!

    The concert also featured Battiato...who?

    The gig was on Sunday Feb 23rd 1975 at 5.30pm...tickets £1.10

    my mistake - the Magma concert I saw at the Roundhouse was 9th June 1974 (not in 1975) - (sad to say I checked it in an old diary) - didnt think Ash Rah Temple were there when I saw them.
    Shows how long ago it was - I sat on the steps outside before it opened revising for the maths O' level I was taking the following week (for the 3rd time)!!!
