    Hello

There will be a specially themed programme on the 29th December. It will attempt to sum up the 1990s in three hours of music. Much like the previous two nights have sought to do with the previous two decades.

So, the simple question is this: What should we play from the 1990s?

    Suggestions here please.

    Thanks
    Gid

Find this one harder than the 70s and 80s. I blame it on having kids! Anyway a few possibilities:

Bill is Dead - The Fall
    Lenny Valentino - The Auteurs
The Man Don't Give a ... - Super Furry Animals (title censored by this site so unlikely to be playable!)
Justified and Ancient/Mu Mu Land - KLF
    Cybele's Revenge - Stereolab
    Squares - Beta Band
    Painbirds - Sparklehorse
Woke Up Sticky - Peter Perrett
    Aquarius - Boards of Canada
    California Tuffy - Geraldine Fibbers
    Chappel Hill - Sonic Youth
    Up-Wards at 45 - Julian Cope
    Motorcycle Emptiness - Manics
    Paid in Kind - Levitation
Idiot Joy Showland - The Fall

Possibly some Cardiacs, Nirvana, Pumpkins, Mogwai?

The Boo Radleys - Spaniard/Leaves And Sand
    Dinosaur Jr. - Start Choppin'

    Tindersticks - My Sister/Kathleen
    Elastica - Never Here
Pavement - Elevate Me Later/virtually anything else from their back catalogue

Looks like this is going to run to a second list. Do you think we can get away with knocking 1999 out of the equation entirely?
