Is that what they said when they arrested Lance? I thought I heard them say Lancey I'm arresting you.....
Wouldn't they say Lance (insert surname) I'm arresting you for ...... not get all informal and the like!
Or have I misheardified?
Gosh, I missed that. I must have dropped the stitches in my knitting.
"Lance Eaton", I think they said.
Had we heard his surname mentioned before?

Ahhh. And it sounded like Lancey to me - that spalins it. I don't recall hearing his surname ever mentioned. But then again I could have missed that too.
What puzzled me most about that whole situation was that Lance came back to see Kenton - the police told him that Lance was wanted, and as he was already in hospital couldn't they have arrested him while he was in there?

It was definitely "Lance Eaton you are arrested for..."
the police told him that Lance was wanted, and as he was already in hospital couldn't they have arrested him while he was in there?Â
This was not explained.
Rational explanations
- cock-up
- no international arrest warrant yet issued so no grounds for arrest

Whatever happened to the traditional "'Ullo 'ullo 'ullo, wot's goin' on 'ere then?"
or "…ev'nin' all!"
or "…take *that* you norty criminal!" (accompanied by heavy laying-on of truncheon or night-stick¹)
etc… etc…
