While some of us have been in Cambridge for a Mega Meet, others have been to Woman's Hour for a Mini Meet!

Ooh - not very nice, is it? Does anyone not called Richard post there regularly?

Hi Eilis!
Too Late - Felicity has taken over!
Could I have one of those nice girlie cocktails that Sid has behind the bar?
What do you mean there is no cocktail called
Sex In the Shower!!!
Cheers, Felicity/TÃr (:<
P.S. I loved the visit to Woman's Hour
No, Fliss, I think it's "on the beach". Whatever it is, I'm sure Jolene will oblige.
Eilis xx

Hi Eilis!
There is no Beach in Ambridge!
Unless the SWs need to have one, sometime in the future!
Cheers, Felicity/TÃr (:<
Oh but there is Tir. I distinctly heard Will say Emmurr was a beach only last week.

Hope the tights aren't chaffing - they can take some getting used to.

Hi Polly!
TIGHTS!
Suspender Belt and Stockings for Felicity!
Though the Village shop doesn't seem to stock Stockings.

Whaddaya mean, no beach in Ambridge? Don't you remember the over-60s trips to Weston?

Hi Eilis!
Were you a Bundoran or a Rossnowlagh type of family?

Begorrah, Fliss, my maternal grandmother was born and reared in Bundoran. Her SiL still runs the boarding house where she was brought up [it's on Church Road.] Her sister had another one there and another sister lived in the West End. Always loathed Bundoran, too many relations.
I've spent short breaks in Rossnowlagh. Relatively posh and I've been to feisanna in the Priory.
Our happy hunting ground is the Fanad Peninsula: Portsalon, to be precise, before it was overrun by Belfast golfers. Me da used to go to the Gweedore gaeltacht until he married my mother and they both ended up taking holidays on the western side of the Swilly. My sister is married to one of the locals. If I ever make a few million, that's where I'll go.

Hi Everyone!
Just to ensure my 'outing' gets noticed!

No beech in Ambridge?
Who's Tree-warden?
I think we/she/he should be told.

Good Question!!
Just one of the many *major* story lines that have been left hangining in mid-air, while the whole Will/Ed/Emma story dominates the 12 minutes a day we get to hear from Ambridge
