Hi Everyone!
From TÃr’s lecture notes on Help Desks
If the same problem is recurring time after time
i.e.
‘How can I log on’
‘Where is the latest messages button’
‘Why are there 2 asterisks beside by nam?e’
It means
A – Your users are stupid.
B – Your New System does not make is easy to do these things
C – You have not given your users enough information/links/FAQs about the new system.
Discuss using not more than 2 sides of A4
