Asda ONLY has boxes of eggs marked, 'Hallowe'en Fun' (perhaps I'm being gracious and generous inserting the apostrophe) and a spokesperson was fairly vocal until sometime today in refusing to remove said packaging from its shelves.
Why print all over egg boxes, 'Hallowe'en Fun'. No, don't answer that, please.
Ducks, quacks, quails.
Our house (white) has egg stains high up where I can't reach them. Why does egg throwing seem to be becoming so traditional?

er, because eggs are cheep (ouch) and not yet banned.
so now there are young pipple hanging around outside various shops, with a growing list of taboo things for their older stooges to buy: booze, fags, eggs, flour... getting quite Delia Smith: 'Nah, they wouldn't sell me the nutmeg 'cos they just 'eard it's 'alloosino, 'ellisinial, 'alloosinogenius' or somefingk. 'E said it makes you see weird stuff in yer dreams.'
'Vodka does 'at, but only after the fird bottle.'
Etc.
Our corner shop has had a notice up for sometime saying that eggs will not be sold to under 16s.
It took me ages to get the egg off one of my windows a couple of years ago, after "Hallowe'en Fun"...
Spotty
