Just a quick note to thank Laura, Sharpers and anyone else who gave me jam advice a while ago!
I finally got round to making Laura's elderberry, blackberyy and apple jam at the weekend, having picked the fruit ages ago! Miracle of miracles, it actually looks like jam rather than purple goo!
(I'm sure my friends and family will also be thanking you when they all get masses of it for xmas pressies!)
What wonderful people you all are!
