Did I miss a Lost thread or has everyone lost interest ha ha?

I really enjoyed the latest eppy. Boon has become a disciple of Locke. Sayeed is dedicated to deciphering the work of 'the French Woman' (doesn't she have a name?) but so incredibly slow at doing so. Kate is a sweetie and as for Sawyer - well, he's crumpet!

Anyway I didn't see that ending coming. If you've seen the next installment keep schtum!

    Hi Snork!!

Sorry I missed this earlier - would have replied sooner.

I am loving Lost (and defo agree about the crumpet!!) but unfortunately kept dropping off last night as I was cream crackered so it made very little sense!

Can't make my mind up if Locke is a crazy psycho, or will turn out to be their saviour. Also it did make me see Micheal with more sympathy as he has just been annoying me up til now. Is his son supposed to have special powers or summat? Couldn't follow that bit.

I did see the end though with Claire turning up. Did you think she did not look pregnant any more, if so where is the baby???!

I don't think Kate is a sweetie, not after the bank robbing incident but I do agree about Sawyer!

The only thing I worry about is that they are introducing soooo many weird things happening on one small island how are they ever going to tidy it all up? Or are they just going to leave us hanging there wondering - at least three new mysteries were added last night alone and we haven't seen the flashbacks for half the cast yet! How much more mysterious can one plane of passengers get?

Mind you I was impressed with the little boy's apparent ability to conjure up various animals at will - do you think Locke will kill the polar bear for food? A lot of good eaing on a polar bear I would think!

    Except the liver - so rich in Vitamin A it's toxic . . .

Some issues will be resolved at the end of Season 1 (episode 24), some won't, and they'll be some real new hummdingers as well! Compulsive and brilliant . . .

I think we have many many more series before this all gets sorted out!!!

Was that the young lad's power, that he could summon creatures at will (feel asleep for that bit) - if so did he create the polar bear??

V confused now and getting more so!

Why haven't I got stars next to my name? Do I not exist, maybe I'm dreaming this and really I've been in a plane crash on a desert island!!

Thanks to all who replied to this 'thread'. I am sure you were right about Claire, Walt, the polar bear etc. I can't wait to find out more!

These Lost threads are infuriating because I'm always one week ahead and although I want to scream 'aaaaaarrrrghhhhhh! Hurley's eaten everyone', I have to wait until you all catch up.

The problem is I don't actually think the story is going anywhere except round in circles. To contrast I got round to watching the first hour of Bleak House the other day.Wow! Gripping, intriguing and mysterious.Brilliant stuff.

Why don't you simply refrain from being one week ahead and then you won't feel compromised!

I enjoyed the initial episode of BH - v dark, v brooding, but thought last night's was less compelling.

I've stopped watching the "next" episode on E4 as I get too confused and it annoys my friend who doesn't have digital! Actually cannabilism on the island wouldn't be a bad story line to add the the several dozen we already have.

If Walt can summon up animals on demand do you think he will work this out and create a herd of cows? Now, that would be handy!

Bleak House is in a different league isn't it? I loved the last production - about 20 years ago, I didn't think they could better it, but I think they have - a truly cracking cast, even for all the minor roles and this time I'm watching it with my daughter who is really enjoying it.

    Glebe
