...what you were doing at these crucial Archers moments..

    When Jethro was deaded
    When Walter died
Lizards fall from grace with Cameron
    The slapping of Shug's
    The famous shower scene
Shabang & Brine's birth of Mousie
The night of Slime & WR first snog
    The deading of Nige
    The great fire of Brookfield

It has just occurred to me that much of the reference to my life are while listing to TA

Jethro ;I was stuffing a chicken and had my hand up it's bum. That was in the Highlands
Walter; Just been to a wedding and was driving around Loch Lomond so that I could get peace to listen away from screaming DD who I left with her Dad.
Lizard; I was living in Edinburgh and i was fixing my bike.
Shugs; Frankly I can't recall but I did wonder if he couldn't have hit her harder. Probably in the car
Steamy shower; Living just outside Paris and driving through Croix-de-Fer on the way back from the supermarche.
Mousie and jr; Sitting in a spermarket car park in the middle of Nottingham looking on to the Trent (Bash will know)
The kiss; sitting on a very steamy veranda watching the wet season in QLD unfold
Nige; sitting at 4am in QLD nattering to you lot and drinking tea.
Brookie;Sitting cross legged on my bed threading a new set of laces on my son's school shoes.

Are there any other monuments to recall ?

A startling memory for me, the two-hander between Debbie and Brian after the Discovery. Outstanding script and acting, I zt in car park in Nottingham, gawdelpme, transfixed.

    Sic transit gloria scripties.

    Other significant episodes

    The dedding of the ferrets
    The death of John

Significant because they showed that the SWs *could* write well if they were allowed to.

Oh yes John and the ferrets .

I love it when Tamsin Greg pops in for a bit. Always guaranteed a good episode.
I actually missed the death of John. However I remember Joe's ferrets.

Aren't you off topic for The Bull? I thought this was going to be can you remember what was going on in your life at significant points in ML - such as the great napkins argument or the influx of the football refugees or the introduction of the flea or the migration from 5 Live or the switch to the current format.

I'm a relatively young poster so I wasn't here for the Dutch Elections or the end of the blue boards or other points in ML pre-history.

(Hi Oz btw - good to see you around)

I think you are quite right Fee this should be in DTA.
It would be lovely if some kind mod would redirect it.
That is if they are not servicing fries with everything.
