I would like to take part in the 2006 Chilli Trials but couldn't find a way to get in touch from the page.
I'm trying Thai Dragon and Hungarian Hot Wax this year as well as repeating last year's Cayenne and Jalapeno.
Burkina might also be on the cards...so many people ask 'what's the world's hottest?' that I feel some duty to answer from experience.
Poblana was a dead loss - poor cropper and inconsistent in heat.
I've also come across a way to keep a crisper pickle using a grapevine leaf. I found it on the web as an old American idea for cucumbers but it seems to work for Jalapeno too.

P.S. I've enjoyed watching 'A Year at Kew' to see how many times Titchmarsh gets away with saying 'for Kew'
Hi KK...I think Monty will announce the trial in the programme, times to sow and so on, then later on the results.
'Twilight' they sent me, never grown 'em before.
Thanks, Ken,
So I don't have to register or anything; just watch out for it on the show.
Twlight sounds interesting. Mind you, they call it outdoor...in Barnoldswick, the polar bears shiver

Lordy B. I was in a right old panic there. Thought I'd lost my Pepper Chili Nubes Twilight seeds there.
Just had a flick through the seed box though and brought out half a dozen packs of seeds i should be thinking about doing something with soon !
Nubes ???? that should have been Numex (sorry, neither fingers or eyes are working tonight)
WOW, KK, Barnoldswick....never heard of it..
K.P....you're nuts.
