I loved the jungle garden section in last years programme, but I can't understand why you did it so half heartedly.
I was making a jungle garden at the same time from scratch yet couldn't follow your garden as it never gave enough information.
Secondly you never showed the crew putting it to bed for the winter(ie protection for half hardy plants and wrapping of tender plants)
Can the GW team show more of this next year please.....
Funny, ain't it? Some people enjoyed the jungle garden and want more info - which goes back to our constant requests for follow-ups and better camera work and plant naming - and the rest of us want the whole dreadful thing binned. For me the idea was OKish but the execution and subsequent coverage abysmal.
Am I dreaming or did someone on the programme mess up the expensive tree-ferns? Perhaps the team were too embarrassed by their mistakes to show the garden in great detail?
I believe the jungle garden was in the February issue of GW. To be honest I turned the page rather quickly, because I didn't like it.
For the rest I enjoy the show, and I'm happy to read Monty is coming back.
Of course I adore A.T. and I hope we will have a lot more of him!!

Personally, I thought the jungle garden was far too small to incorporate enough plants to get the real 'feel' of a jungle. A small oblong patch, perlease !
