Better try to get an old set, programs were much better then and the set itself suits organic gardening much better. The housing of the telly being made of wood instead of plastics.
But growing greens can be a bit of a problem since most of these old sets are black and white only....
And if you tune in to Payton Place regularly there is no need for additional watering.
Hmm I just can't put my finger on the house rule that has been broken bij the OP (original poster)
He just seemed to have some problems with Gardening on TV causing his set to short circuit when adding water .... and an LCD flat screen didn't provide enough space for gardening ....
Would a plasma TV have been a better choice, William.Oodles of room in a 53", and ,not sure, wouldn't plasma accept water better.
An LCD screen would even be better Ken .... "Liquid" cristals
I've got a brick in my screen.

No 't was another 606 expat, but a friendly post and with a sense of humor. I don't know what he / she has done elsewhere but I didn't find much wrong with this post.
Me neither....The naughty corner must be getting a bit crowded now another post has gone too...
