Come on guys and girls let's stop all this sniping at one another and get back to discussions on tv gardening. smiley - smiley Know there's not much around at the moment, so let me remind you:

Monty Don (Po-faced, pontificating and as sexy as a pile of slugs)
Carol Klein (A scarey haired, squeeky voiced hobbit)
    Sarah Raven (Baglady)
Joe Swift (Total waste of space)
Chris Beardshaw (Little girl's blouse currently starring in Snow White)

    or even Christine (????????????)

and you might even like to consider some more suggestions for Flora for your favourite GW moments. smiley - biggrin

I've got cable so do get UKTV Bright Ideas - the message was just a bit of light relief to ease the current situation on this message board. Thanks for the suggestion anyway smiley - smiley

For those with SKY and GW withdrawal symptoms (like me), UKTV Style gardens are showing old GWs with Alan every day from 7.30 pm tonight. Plus looking through the SKY planner I spotted that they are planning to show some of Geoff's GWs from next week. Not sure how definate this is though, since the SKY TV guide is not 100% accurate as to detail.

Not that this is any real substitute for the real thinG though (ie NEW GARDENER'S WORLD).

I have a theory that the real reason for the delay is some sort of difficulty with presenter contracts, particularly with Monty, who has recently signed up to do a new programme, which may well take him away from GW.
