why lupins this year have flowered
for the 2 time.
They always do,Ducky, if you dead-head the first flowering!
I thought the OP meant that they have two flowering seasons.
Mine have hardly stopped flowering since May. The Pages is just superb - I've still got 10 good flower spikes on a clump of three young plants planted out in March.
Mine died a slug related death. They loved them.
