Not sure if this has been posted already ?? - but there's a new "independant gardening programme" on the Horticultural Channel, starting tomorrow at 9.00am on the Information Channel (Sky 166 - Freesat 402).
I think it was mentioned by someone already but thanks for the reminder!
Just had a look at the 'summary' on screen, and I'm not sure how much actual 'gardening' they're going to fit in, as they're also covering things like 'keeping chickens and bees', also wild-life and allotments. Being a fully paid-up 'veggie hater' I think it may not be on 'series link' for too long.
Not available on Freeview!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Lowena
You're not missing anything. I know you're in the same 'club' as myself (not into veg growing), so you would have done the same as I did this morning - fast forwarded through all but 2 minutes of it. The majority of the 30 minutes was taken up with allotment stuff - growing and then cooking it. The only 'Gardening' item was the 2 minutes spent on showing how to start begonia corms into growth. Something I do every year. I wont be recording/watching it again.
Thanks for the warning HTF - the last thing I want is more bl***y veg!! I'm very much afraid we'll get overkill on GW

And an organic, climate change veg overkill at that...................
Lol, and completely agree RC
........... 'climate change' Â
Yeah, he'll probably drop the 'Global Warming' now, unless, unlike the rest of us, he hasn't just come through the coldest winter on record, and start giving us all lessons on it's new name - Climate Change. Totally ignoring the fact that this is what has been going on with the earth for millions of years.
