...and it was OK.
Highly commercial, yes. Very instant gardening/makeover-ish, yes.
But I liked the way they stuck to a single theme for the programme (seaside/plants for drought tolerance/sun loving). It was also lively, energetic, fast paced and solution driven. The programme was relevant to real people with small gardens and tiny balconies. And I found myself approving of the show showing the price of the plants and materials used at the end. It had a sort of refreshing honesty about it.
Can't say I'll make a point of tuning in, but it was more watchable than I expected. Especially on chase play as we could fast forward through the adverts.
