When we, the Brian harvey Gang, went to see the mob at Brixton Jamm then Steve ignorant from Crass at hammersmith in November, I had a Bastian Schweinsteiger T shirt on- well, I know you might be thinking about other stuff at the moment, but he's my favourite German and just got Bayern Munich into the Champions League.
Whats not so well known is that he appears on the German TV gardening show based at the botanic garden of Mainau on Lake Constance!
In these days of European intergration and as a lasting symbol of peace and reconciliation- on these boards, in the world of horticulture and in the name of european security- can we all start to support Bastion as the next presenter of UK gardening programmes?
Brian Harvey could do the music?
NO
I dont belive in peace and reconciliation!
Its Brian Harvey or nothing, certainly dont want a german presenting GW, even if he is the dogs whotits when it come to footy!

I'm sure I've an EFLA journal on him somewhere... The TV show was called "Green" but it's been many years since it was aired. A magazine has taken over the show garden now.
Occasionally he makes appearances at their "Grüne Schule" for special needs teens, showing them how to plant up Mainau's famous floral ducks and peacocks.
If horticultural therapy was available to Brian Harvey earlier in his troubled past, one wonders if he wouldn't have still run over his own head???
