Ms germ and I (and possibly several others) had our photographs taken by a man who is planning an allotment exhibition in 2012. As promised, he left several A4 laminated prints in my lock-up; the two of Ms germ are fine, but he has taken me against a background of the most overgrown plot (aka George's jungle) which has nothing to do with me, apart from my removing several ash seedlings on request. â™
Sounds like an excuse to me! Are you warning us in advance in case we should get to see the photos of you in front of the unruly plot?
Ms germ spotted an elephant hawk moth caterpillar emerging from said 'jungle' at the weekend, probably it had been eating the abundant epilobium or galium.
