Can anyone tell me if my courgettes will continue to grow or should i pull them up now its getting colder?

The first significant frost will kill them. You can keep them going longer in a greenhouse or protecting with plastic sheet or glass outside. I have kept them going to early November in the past but growth is very slow due to the reduction in light and warmth and it is hardly worth it. If they are outside unprotected then dig them up.
I think mine will be in the compost bin by the weekend.
