Try e-bay. I've got an 18 x 9ft tunnel which is 3 yrs old (brought it new off e-bay in an auction for £60). It has the green reinforcing framework in the cover. There are many options and sizes available when I looked this morning. Remember you'll get what you pay for, but if you r looking for a bargin then e-bay is probably your best bet. You could also try preloved.com

I bought one from Haygrove - 18 months ago. It seemed expensive but I think was great value for money. It's a real solid construction and sits on the surface rather than having the polythene bedded into the ground.
In use it's been brilliant. Last winter when we had temperatures of -16c, I was growing winter salads with no problem. It's also quite an exposed site and it withstands the wind really well.
Last summer we had more tomatoes and cucumbers than we knew what to do with.
The added bonus was that they erected it - only took them half a day.

Hope this helps and enjoy whatever you decide to invest in.

I have tried the inexpensive polytunnels. I purchased one from e bay 2 years ago, cost about £70 and the frame collapsed in the snow. Should have taken it down! Bought a Gardman polytunnel last year, cost about £100. Stronger frame but cover ripped in the wind during the winter and therefore lost the tender crops. I am going to replace the cover this year, cost £50. Wish I had bought a "proper polytunnel" as I will have spent about £220 in 2 years on cheap alternatives. When will I learn, sometimes you have to speculate to accumulate. In other words, buy the best you can afford.
