I bought a large bag of this seed in the Asian supermarket and have since realised that it can be used as green manure; does anybody have experience of this?
Fenugreek is a summer grown green fertilizer that should be sown between March and August. It should be dug in before flowering and will protect bare soil from damage caused by the sun and rain. It's not as good a soil conditioner as winter grown green manures.
