Please read these terms carefully before submitting your Season 2 catch up to YouTube.

1. You must be 16 years or above.

2. Videos should not be defamatory, abusive or offensive. Any video that does not comply with the will be rejected for use.

3. You must not use footage/sound/images from the Heroes show.

4. All clips must show Heroes in a dramatic light.

5. Clips that contain spoofing will not be allowed

6. All clips published on the YouTube site will be pre-moderated - only clips that pass the rules will be uploaded.

7. By submitting your video, you grant to the ´óÏó´«Ã½, free of charge, a non-exclusive perpetual worldwide licence to reproduce and incorporate your video (including modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons) in any ´óÏó´«Ã½ programme or other ´óÏó´«Ã½ content that may be distributed in any and all media (including but not limited to the internet, the ´óÏó´«Ã½ mobile platform, television and radio) and that may be exploited for both public service and commercial purposes.

If you do not want to grant the ´óÏó´«Ã½ the permission to broadcast and / or publish your video online, on radio or on television then please do not upload your video to the Heroes Video Challenge on YouTube.

8. Copyright in your video will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive, so you can continue to use it in any way.

9. To enable the ´óÏó´«Ã½ to use your video, you confirm that it is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK law and/or anyone's copyright, that you have the right to give the ´óÏó´«Ã½ permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your video.

10. The ´óÏó´«Ã½ reserves the right to not use your video for any reason at its discretion and if it is used may cease to broadcast it or remove it from the ´óÏó´«Ã½ website at any time.

11. Please note that the ´óÏó´«Ã½ is not responsible for the content of any non-´óÏó´«Ã½ websites and/or any personal data you submit to such websites, including YouTube. All videos and any use of YouTube will be subject to the YouTube terms of use and associated policies including the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy. Please refer to these before submitting any content. To the extent that there is a conflict between these ´óÏó´«Ã½ terms and YouTube's terms of use, the above terms will only apply to the ´óÏó´«Ã½'s use of your video for the purposes set out above.

12. Finally, don't endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks or break any laws when making your video.

Any personal data supplied by you will be used in accordance with the .

By submitting your video, you are consenting to the use of any personal data contained in your video by the ´óÏó´«Ã½ for the purposes of supporting the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Heroes website, including publicity and promotion and in the distribution of your video in accordance with these terms.
