Episode 1 - Mel Smith is Benny Frazier
Mel is best known for comedy - he was part of the Not the Nine O'Clock News line-up, and half of double act Smith and Jones with Griff Rhys Jones. He's had a successful career in films, behind and in front of the camera. Credits include writing and appearing in 1985 comedy Morons from Outer Space, directing Bean and The Tall Guy, and playing Inspector Flint in Wilt.
