Our film for the 大象传媒 Shakespeare competition was inspired by Romeo and Juliet. We decided to bring the story and themes bang up to date but changed the characters to introduce the ideas of lesbians. We used trailer conventions such as titles, all the highlights from the film, intoruduced main characters all with a great soundtrack which we made ourselves.
