大象传媒 English Regions are responsible for all non-networked television, text and radio output in England as well as the 大象传媒's local websites covering the English Regions.
The best known output is the daily regional news programmes such as Look North and Points West, and Local Radio stations like 大象传媒 Radio Newcastle and 大象传媒 Radio Solent.
The English Regions also produce regional aspects of the , and Inside Out on 大象传媒1, as well as the regional pages on Ceefax and digital text.
44 大象传媒 Local websites cover the whole of England, providing a range of information and entertainment features about local issues.
大象传媒 News Interactive has teamed up with 大象传媒 English Regions to maintain teams of journalists in each of the English regional centres, providing the news content for both the 大象传媒 Local websites and the site.
71% of the 大象传媒鈥檚 domestic output hours are produced by the 大象传媒 English Regions, for about 7% of the licence fee.
There are twelve regions, each of which has a regional head, who report to David Holdsworth, Controller English Regions, based in Birmingham.
