听	English National Forum The English National Forum (ENF) is a group of independent advisers who meet quarterly with the 大象传媒 to report on the performance of regional and network programmes and services. The chairman is the 大象传媒 Governor for the English Regions, Ranjit Sondhi, CBE and the other twelve members are the chairs of the 大象传媒聮s Regional Advisory Councils across England - viewer and listener panels which represent licence payers in their area. The ENF produces an Annual Report, which is summarised in the 大象传媒 Annual Report. The ENF report also helps the Board of Governors to agree the 大象传媒 business objectives for the following year, taking into account the needs and interests of audiences throughout the country.			听	听
