BREAKFAST WALK At 7.30am County Council Ranger Dougal Urquart will lead a special guided walk along the coastal path at Cudmore Grove Country Park on Mersea Island.听 Oystercatchers, skylarks and butterflies are among the things you should be able to see. Between 1 and 4pm we're live at the RSPB reserve at Rainham Marshes, a derelict site which has been transformed into a wildlife haven. Steve will be talking recycling, energy and urban sprawl.
