About This Event

On the 50th anniversary of the first Moon landing, Professor Richard Wiseman and Melanie Vandenbrouck, curator at the Royal Museums Greenwich, explore the psychology behind the technology that allowed the Apollo astronauts to make their extraordinary walk. Ricahrd Wiseman is author of ‘Shoot For The Moon. Melanie Vandenbrouck from Royal Museums Greenwich who has co-curated an exhibition The Moon at the National Maritime Museum from 19 July 2019 – 5 January 2020 and co-edited an accompanying book The Moon, A Celebration of Our Celestial Neighbour.
