Anton铆n Dvo艡谩k鈥檚 Cello Concerto in B minor was premiered on 19 March 1896 in London and is the last solo concerto he composed. Former 大象传媒 Radio 3 New Generation Artist Leonard Elschenbroich brings his passion and flair to this much loved staple of the solo repertoire. Edward Elgar鈥檚 Symphony No. 1, which the composer intended to reflect 鈥渁 wide experience of human life鈥� and 鈥渁 massive hope in the future鈥�, closes this evening鈥檚 concert.
