The Horrors have promised to "elevate and excite" as they emerge from their East London studio with much anticipated fourth album.
The Southend-on-sea exports first found their way onto 6 Music in 2006 when Sheena Is A Parasite introduced us to an arresting clutch of style conscious garage rockers with equally exhilarating video from Chris Cunningham.
In the 8 years since the band have continued to impress with the ability to develop their sound from album to album, including Mercury Prize nominated Primary Colours.
The band seldom fail to impress live, never more so than last summer's mesmerising Glastonbury set, where Horrors headlined The Park up against Crystal Castles, Portishead, Chic and The Arctic Monkeys on a mighty Friday night. Their last visit to 6 was a session for Lauren way back in April 2012. We can't wait to see them show off their new wares.
