About This Event

The 大象传媒 Concert Orchestra and 大象传媒 Radio 3 bring back into the spotlight five forgotten female composers on International Women's Day.

The composers - Leokadiya Kashperova, Marianna Martines, Florence B Price, Augusta Holm猫s and Johanna M眉ller-Hermann - were chosen after being championed by academics studying their work. They will be performed live on 大象传媒 Radio 3, presented by Fiona Talkington and conducted by Jane Glover.
