Anneka Rice presents Friday Night Is Music Night's celebration of the life and work of the great composer, songwriter and jazz pianist, Cy Coleman.

He was the man who gave Sinatra 'Witchcraft'; Tony Bennett 'The Best Is Yet To Come' and Sammy Davis Jnr 'The Rhythm of Life'. He was the six year old child prodigy who gave piano recitals at Carnegie Hall; he grew up to be one of the most successful songwriters and composers in musical theatre winning five Tony Awards, two Grammy's and three Emmys; his shows included 'Sweet Charity' starring Shirley Maclaine; 'Wildcat' starring Lucille Ball, and 'Barnum' which starred Jim Dale and Glen Close on Broadway and Michael Crawford in London.

With the 60 piece 大象传媒 Concert Orchestra conducted by Mike Reed (Barnum, Sunset Boulevard) and a stellar cast from London's West End.
