Join Mary King and members of the 大象传媒 Singers for a practical investigation into Britten鈥檚 epic War Requiem聽鈥� introducing and exploring the musical devices which include simple choral chanting and overlapping textural washes. This workshop is an introduction to the work suitable for those who鈥檝e never sung it, exploring the ways that Britten uses the words of the Requiem alongside the poetry of Wilfred Owen. Open to ages 16-plus.
