Kent post-hardcore quintet Hildamay bring the noise from the South East with heavy riffs dripping in sweat.
Mixing the aggression of Leatherface, Jawbox and Quicksand and the hooks of Foo Fighters and Deftones, the band release their first album in October 2012 much to the pleasure of their 大象传媒 Radio fans including the Rock Show鈥檚 Daniel P Carter, Zane Lowe and 大象传媒 Introducing in Kent鈥檚 Jacob Rickard.
Frontman Tim Lawrence left his job as a teacher to be in Hildamay. He says swapping the classroom for a smelly, sweaty van was a decision well made and who knows, by gaining a few more fans at Reading & Leeds, they could soon be looking at an air conditioned coach.
