About This Event

This fun, lively and engaging one hour concert will take students on an exciting musical adventure across land and sea led by presenter and chief adventurer, Elin Llwyd.

Illustrator and author, James Mayhew, will bring the concert to life by painting along to a variety of music played by the ´óÏó´«Ã½ National Orchestra of Wales.

This FREE concert will be a unique and thrilling experience for students who have never been to an orchestral performance before, and a great opportunity for them to hear, see and feel a full orchestra up close!

Our schools concerts are interactive and are designed to support the Welsh curriculum and primary school audiences. Advised age recommendation: 8+

The free concerts will be performed at ´óÏó´«Ã½ Hoddinott Hall, Level 2, Wales Millennium Centre, Bute Place, Cardiff, CF10 5AL on the following dates and times:

31 March: 10.30am-11.30am
31 March: 1.00pm- 2.00pm
1 April: 10.30am-11.30am
1 April: 1.00pm-2.00pm (also livestreamed for those that cannot attend in person)
