The Scissor Sisters were in the Live Lounge for Annie Mac today and performed their new single 'Fire With Fire' and an amazing country and western style cover of 'All The Lovers' by their good friend Kylie Minogue.
Jake Shears and Ana Matronic chatted to Annie Mac about how great it feels to be back after 3 and a half years with their 'hot, fun, dance, party record' called 'Night Work'. This album is their fave so far and just in case you were wondering, the man's bottom on the front of the album cover is not Jakes.
They had made an effort for their Maida Vale appearance with Jake wearing 'blue eyeshadow and not much else' and Ana wearing a kaftan that wraps and so the puns about rapping kaftans in future records carried on for a while!
The guys chatted about the World Cup (mostly how 'hot' the players are over anything else), their addiction to X-Box and also how much they've been working out to get their bodies ready for touring - there's more skin on show this time round.
