Jenny Chandler
Jenny Chandler is a Bristol-based food writer and teacher. She trained at Leith鈥檚 School of Food and Wine and then travelled the world as a chef for over a decade before settling back in the UK.
She has written a number of cook books including Pulse (truly modern recipes for beans, chickpeas and lentils to tempt meat-eaters and vegetarians alike) and has been appointed as the UN Food and Agricultural Organisation European Special Ambassador for The International Year of Pulses.
Jenny teaches aspiring cooks at Leith鈥檚, Divertimenti and Borough Market in London as well as The Bertinet Kitchen in Bath, Plum Cooking in Bristol and pops up as a guest chef elsewhere too. She also teaches primary school children, encouraging them to use and experiment with new ingredients and flavours.
Jenny is passionate about enjoying pulses as part of a good balanced diet.
