Oliver Peyton is a renowned restaurateur and the founder and chairman of Peyton and Byrne, who own a string of restaurants including those at the Royal Academy of Arts, Inn the Park, The Wallace Restaurant, The National Caf茅, The National Dining Rooms, The Orangery and Pavilion, both at Kew Gardens and the ICA Caf茅 Bar.

In addition, Peyton and Byrne also run several bakeries and caf茅s, located at The British Library, St Pancras Station, St Giles, Covent Garden and Greenwich.

Oliver was awarded an OBE for his services to the hospitality industry. He is also one of the judges on 大象传媒2鈥檚 Great British Menu and the author of two cookbooks.
