Olivia Burt
After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in 2015, Olivia Burt has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in Europe, including L鈥橝telier de Jo毛l Robuchon Etoile in Paris, Fera and Claridge's Hotel in London. Just 4 years later, Olivia made the finals of the prestigious Roux Scholarship as well as making it to the final of Masterchef: The Professionals.
Most recently she has become the head chef at Stanley's restaurant in Chelsea.
